last week ada special request from Un. T for lunch.. since he was having a meeting in Putrajaya, said will come over for lunch.. but the menu was picked by him.. he wanted me to prepare ikan bawal putih kukus with tauchu and sayur (not sure pe nama..but looks like spring onion tp besar) also goreng with tauchu and udang.. told him i've never eat that vege pe lagi nak masak but he thought me how to cook it (Un. T mmg terer masak tau...) and the steam fish plak..the only time i cook that was when my mum had an operation..steam ikan haruan.. pas tue x pernah sbb i kureng sket steam2 nie..hehe...prefer goreng2 lg...since the 2 dishes tue pilihan dia, which was not really my selera.. so for myself i buat deep fried bawal goreng cili...haaa...best tueh....
